6. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy permits returns exclusively for items that are damaged or incorrect. Requests for returns must be submitted within seven days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accommodate returns on a change of mind.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at pinabeauty2025@gmail.com within the 7-day window. You must provide your order details and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item received.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a refund based on the agreed resolution.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from website use.
