Change of mind is not a valid reason for order cancellation. We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes with your delivery address or contact details, you may contact us at logistics@pinabeauty.ph on the same day the order is made, so that the adjustments can be made before shipping out.
The Pina Beauty support team is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (GMT+8), excluding weekends and holidays. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

At Pina Beauty, we take pride in offering the highest quality products at the best prices. Every order goes through careful inspection and quality control, so all sales are considered final.
However, if you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, we’re here to help:

- Take clear photos or videos of the item as proof (unboxing videos are highly encouraged).
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at logistics@pinabeauty.ph.
✅ Please note:
- We highly encourage submitting photos and videos for easier and faster investigation and response.
- Opened or used products can no longer be returned or replaced. For damaged items, the product must be returned in the condition it was received, including original packaging.
- If a replacement for a missing or damaged item is unavailable, we’ll issue you a voucher that can be used toward another product. Any price differences will be shouldered by the customer.
